Everyone's supposed to make New Year's Resolutions, and this year I'm going to actually try to stick to mine. Here's my list of fitness resolutions:
- 25 pullups - might not happen since my elbows have been hurting and I'm kinda off these
- 30 dips
- 50 pushups
- 1 minute handstand
- walk on hands 10 feet
- learn to do a cartwheel
I've been practicing the handstand for a few days, about 30 minutes a day, and I'm definitely improving. Here's the site that gives the best tips I've seen for handstands:
